Property Values within Flood Zones

Here I created an interactive dashboard that shows:

1. Total buildings in high-risk flood areas within Pocahontas County, WV

2. Total property value in those same areas

As you pan and zoom, those numbers update in real time based on whatever properties are visible in the map frame. I used publicly available tax assessment records and OpenStreetMap building footprints for this analysis.
